Each of our monthly claims summary reports include the following data:

• Policy #/Claim #
• Insured’s Name
• ICS File #
• Date Closed
• Invoice Amount
  

We can, if desired, tailor make any summary report your company may need.

Reports will be posted on the 10th of the month, For the preceding month.
